Here’s everything you need to do:

On the computer that has the Chrome profiles that you want to retain:
Copy the “User Data” folder found in this path to portable media:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\
Export this registry key to the same portable media: 
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome\PreferenceMACs]
Move the portable media to your new computer.
On the computer that you want to move the Chrome profiles to:
Make sure all Chrome browser windows are closed and chrome.exe is not running
Copy the “User Data” folder from your portable media to 
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\
Double-click the registry key that you saved to portable media in step 2
Open Chrome, and you’ll find your profiles are present!

# prendere registro con percorso hdd esterno corretto

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SAM:  %windir%\system32\config\SAM
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SECURITY:  %windir%\system32\config\SECURITY
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE:  %windir%\system32\config\SOFTWARE

HKEY_CURRENT_USER = x:\users\<utente>\NTUSER.DAT

# quando si fa carica, poi chiede un nome es scrivere old_user

# una volta esportare le chiavi , smontare hive quindi click su cartella creata
# es old_user file - scarica hive (unload hive)


# su nuovo pc copiare cartella in
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\
# edit file reg e modificare es
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\old_user\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\PreferenceMACs]
# in
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome\PreferenceMACs]

# in 3 righe , comunque controllare e edit solo il path iniziale e lasciare inalterato dopo
